I’ve worked with founders and teams across multiple industries to build, grow and scale businesses for a decade, starting as a project manager in tech before moving into brand strategy, operations and building my own businesses.

What I’ve seen again and again is this: fast-growing, ambitious businesses often struggle not because they lack talent or ideas, but because the way work is structured hasn’t kept pace with growth.

How I got here:
I’ve always been interested in how things work - I was a super-organised, straight A student, but I didn’t know what I wanted to do for a career.
After I graduated, I had the opportunity to work as a project manager for a small tech company and it was an immediate fit - the combination of business operations, planning out strategies and working on exciting projects was a natural match for my skills.
After a couple of years, I set up my own business, working with founders to optimise and grow their businesses intentionally. I was invited to speak on stages and podcasts and worked with many notable clients, including Red Bull and Vistaprint.
In 2021 I was offered a leadership role at a tech company, building their digital strategy and products from the ground up. I was quickly promoted and grew my own team, developing roadmaps, directing my own portfolio of projects and shaping the way the business operated.
But after four years, I knew it was time to move on and carve my own path once again.
Stepping back into my own work allowed me to focus on what I do best: helping organisations move from intention to execution.
